How the send-in service works

Fill in the form
Enter the vehicle data and a description of the fault. Photos help us prepare for the job.

Package the ECU
Wrap in anti-static film plus bubble wrap. Use a sturdy box with adequate cushioning.

Send it to us
Ship the parcel with tracked delivery. Address: Meckelstrasse 8, 37181 Hardegsen, Germany.

Receipt confirmation
We confirm receipt by email and provide an estimated turnaround time.

Diagnosis & quote
After analysis you receive a binding quote — work only begins once you have given your approval.

Return shipment
The repaired or cloned ECU is returned to you by parcel, including full documentation.
