How does the nationwide ECU send-in service work?

You send your ECU to us securely packaged by parcel. Once received, we confirm receipt, analyse the unit and send you a binding quote. Work only begins after your approval — we then return the repaired or cloned ECU with full documentation.

What does ECU diagnosis or repair by mail cost?

Pricing depends on the ECU type, the fault pattern and the service requested (diagnosis, repair or cloning). You receive a binding quote after the initial diagnosis — only then do you decide whether we proceed.

How must I package the ECU for shipping?

Wrap the ECU in anti-static film or an anti-static bag, then in bubble wrap. Use a sturdy box with adequate cushioning material. Ship the parcel with tracked delivery to prevent loss.

Can an ECU be cloned if no original unit is available any longer?

In many cases cloning is possible even without the original ECU, provided vehicle data such as the VIN and configuration are available. We assess feasibility on the basis of your vehicle data and contact you before any work begins.
